Standard delivery time is 1–4 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and delivery location. We collaborate with Bring and Posten to ensure safe and efficient delivery. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after purchase, and a new email with tracking information once the item has been shipped.

The risk for the product transfers to you when you, or your representative, have received the delivery in accordance with the agreed delivery method. This applies whether the product is delivered to a mailbox or picked up at a delivery point.

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Cancellation Act, unless the purchase is exempt from this right. The deadline starts running the day after you receive the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the deadline. The item must be returned within 14 days after you have given notice of withdrawal.

If the delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond your control, you can, according to the Consumer Purchases Act, among other things, withhold the purchase price, demand delivery, cancel the purchase, or claim compensation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience a delay, preferably in writing for documentation purposes.

If you discover a defect in the product, you must notify us within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. A complaint is always considered timely if it is sent within 1 month after the defect was discovered. Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to rectification, redelivery, a price reduction, cancellation of the purchase, or compensation. We recommend that complaints be submitted in writing.

The amount will be reserved on your payment card when you complete the order. You will only be charged when the goods have been shipped from our warehouse. Once the shipment has been registered, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking information.

If an unpaid item is not collected at the pick-up point, we may charge a fee to cover our actual costs related to return and handling. The fee cannot exceed our real expenses, and it does not apply to buyers under 18 years of age.
