Refund policy

1. Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when the buyer, or their representative, has received the item. If no delivery time is specified in the ordering system, the seller shall deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed. The goods shall be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

2. Risk of the Goods

The risk passes to the buyer when the goods have been delivered in accordance with section 1.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of withdrawal, the buyer may cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable law. The buyer must notify the seller within 14 days. All calendar days are included, and if the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, it is extended to the next business day. The withdrawal is valid if the notice is sent before the deadline expires. The buyer bears the burden of proof and should notify in writing (withdrawal form, email, or letter).

The withdrawal period begins:

  • For single purchases: the day after the goods are received

  • For subscriptions: the day after the first delivery

  • For multiple deliveries: the day after the last delivery

The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the seller. The buyer covers return costs unless otherwise agreed. The seller must refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice but may withhold payment until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

4. Delay or Non-Delivery – Buyer’s Rights

If the seller fails to deliver on time and this is not due to the buyer, the buyer may:

  • Withhold payment

  • Demand fulfillment

  • Cancel the agreement

  • Claim compensation

Notification should be made in writing for documentation purposes.

5. Fulfillment

The buyer may demand fulfillment unless it is impossible or causes disproportionate inconvenience or cost to the seller. If obstacles are removed within a reasonable time, fulfillment may still be required. The buyer loses this right if they wait unreasonably long to make the claim.

6. Cancellation

If delivery is delayed, the buyer must first give the seller a reasonable additional deadline. If the seller still fails to deliver, the buyer may cancel the purchase. Immediate cancellation is allowed if the seller refuses delivery or if delivery time was essential to the agreement.

7. Compensation

The buyer may claim compensation for losses caused by delay unless the seller proves the delay was due to circumstances beyond their control.

8. Defects – Buyer’s Rights and Complaint Deadline

If the product is defective, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after discovery. Complaints made within 1 month are always considered timely. The complaint deadline is up to 6 months, or 1 year if the product is intended to last longer.

If a defect exists, the buyer may:

  • Withhold payment

  • Request repair or replacement

  • Request a price reduction

  • Cancel the agreement

  • Claim compensation

9. Repair or Replacement

The buyer may choose between repair or replacement. The seller may refuse if it is impossible or disproportionately costly. The solution must be provided within a reasonable time, and the seller is generally limited to two attempts.

10. Price Reduction

If repair or replacement is not provided, the buyer may request a reasonable price reduction based on the product’s reduced value.

11. Seller’s Rights in Case of Buyer’s Breach

If the buyer fails to pay or fulfill obligations, the seller may:

  • Withhold the goods

  • Demand fulfillment

  • Cancel the agreement

  • Claim compensation

The seller may also charge interest, collection fees, or fees for uncollected goods.

12. Seller’s Right to Fulfillment

The seller may require the buyer to pay the purchase price. This right is lost if the seller waits unreasonably long to make the claim.

13. Seller’s Right to Cancel

The seller may cancel the agreement in case of significant payment default or other serious breach, unless the full amount has already been paid.

14. Interest and Collection Fees

If the buyer fails to pay, the seller may charge interest according to applicable law. After prior notice, the claim may be sent to collections, and the buyer may be liable for additional fees.

15. Fees for Uncollected Goods

If unpaid goods are not collected, the seller may charge a fee covering actual costs. This fee cannot be charged to buyers under 18.

16. Warranty

Any warranty provided by the seller or manufacturer gives additional rights beyond those granted by law and does not limit the buyer’s legal rights.
