Order and Delivery Process
Order Placement:
You complete your order, and the purchase amount is reserved on your payment card.
The amount is not charged until the products are shipped.

Shipping:
Once the goods are shipped, you will receive an email notification, and the reserved amount will be charged.

When the tracking number is activated, you will receive an email update from the carrier.
Delivery:
The carrier will contact you with information about the pickup location or home delivery details.

The item is delivered directly to your mailbox if the size allows.

The item is delivered to the nearest pickup location, such as a grocery store or post office.
